What happens if I cancel my contract?
If you cancel your LeipzigMOVE+ contract or your Deutschlandticket subscription, the points you have collected will be used for the status logic. Depending on this, you may be relegated to a lower status from the following month.
If you previously had a D-ticket, you will no longer receive monthly points.
However, you are still registered with BonusMOVE and can continue to collect points for all bookings in LeipzigMOVE and move up in status.
What is my status?
The current status is displayed in the profile, on the BonusMOVE homepage and on the status overview. The status overview also shows you how many points you need to reach the next status. As you collect more points, you will also rise in status.
When do I get the free units for nextbike?
The Nextbike free units are available from the 1st of the following month. For example, if you upgrade to Silver status in November or sign a LeipzigMOVE+ contract, the 5 free units will be available to you every month from December 1.
What are the advantages of bronze, silver or gold?
There are numerous benefits for each status:

Does the Gold status also apply to discounted D-tickets such as the Deutschlandticket-JOB-Ticket, Deutschland-Semesterticket, or the Deutschlandticket Leipzig-Pass?
Yes. Discounted Deutschlandticket variants also qualify you for Gold status in BonusMOVE, provided you register them in LeipzigMOVE and purchased them from LVB.
When is which status available?
If you regularly collect BonusMOVE points, you can move up from Bronze to Silver and then to Gold.
- You reach bronze with 1 point
- Silver is available from 1,000 points or with LeipzigMOVE+.
- You get gold starting at 2,500 points or with a Germany ticket from the LVB.
Please note: The status upgrade will occur on the day after you sign up for BonusMOVE, add your ticket, or renew your contract.
To maintain the status you have achieved, you must collect a certain number of points per year. This is 1,000 points for Silver status and 2,500 points for Gold. If the number of points is not reached in one year, you will revert to the previous status (except LeipzigMOVE+ and D-Ticket customers).
I have problems with a product purchased using the coupon. What can I do?
LVB accepts no liability for the products purchased with the coupon. If you have any problems with a product, please contact the partner from whom you purchased the product.
Why can't I redeem coupons?
Possible reasons:
- You haven't agreed to the BonusMOVE terms and conditions yet
- You have not collected enough rewards (You can find your current reward count in the coupon overview in the top right corner. The number of rewards needed for the coupon is indicated on the respective coupon.)
You haven't reached the required status yet (Some coupons are only available to Silver members, and some are only available to Gold members.)
Where can I see the coupons I have already redeemed?
Navigate to „Your coupons“ on the BonusMOVE homepage. There you will find an overview of the coupons you have already redeemed.
How can I redeem coupons?
After activating a partner coupon, it is an hour valid and must be redeemed within this time. After that, the coupon will expire. Please note this before activating a coupon. There are 3 options for redemption:
- Show the QR code in the store,
- Copy the promotional code and enter it in the online store
- or redemption screen in the store and have it redeemed by the checkout staff by swiping to the right.
The mobility coupons are automatically redeemed the next time they are used after the coupon has been activated. Activated coupons can always be redeemed until the end of the month and then expire if not redeemed.
Only one partner coupon can be activated at a time. You can only activate a new partner coupon once you have redeemed this one. Redeeming a mobility coupon at the same time as a partner coupon is not a problem.
