I have problems with a product purchased using the coupon. What can I do?

LVB accepts no liability for the products purchased with the coupon. If you have any problems with a product, please contact the partner from whom you purchased the product.

Why can't I redeem coupons?

One reason why you cannot redeem coupons could be that you have not yet agreed to the BonusMOVE conditions of participation.

You may not have collected enough rewards. You can find your current number of rewards in the coupon overview at the top right. The number of rewards you need for the coupon is shown on the respective coupon.

It is also possible that you need a higher status to activate the coupon. Some coupons are only available from Silver status and some coupons are only available to Gold members. The more points you collect, the faster you rise in status.

Where can I see the coupons I have already redeemed?

Navigate to „Your coupons“ on the BonusMOVE homepage. There you will find an overview of the coupons you have already redeemed.

How can I redeem coupons?

Once a partner coupon has been activated, it is valid for one hour and must be redeemed during this time. After that, the coupon expires. Please note this before activating a coupon. One of these 3 options is available for redemption:

  • Show the QR code in the store,
  • Copy the promotional code and enter it in the online store
  • or redemption screen in the store and have it redeemed by the checkout staff by swiping to the right.

The mobility coupons are automatically redeemed the next time they are used after the coupon has been activated. Activated coupons can always be redeemed until the end of the month and then expire if not redeemed.

Only one partner coupon can be activated at a time. You can only activate a new partner coupon once you have redeemed this one. Redeeming a mobility coupon at the same time as a partner coupon is not a problem.

Where can I redeem coupons?

The coupons can be redeemed for mobility services in the app, e.g. for a free Nextbike unit (15 minutes) or for the entry fee for an e-scooter.

The coupons can also be used at a large number of regional or sustainable partners in and around Leipzig. You can find a current overview of all participating partners at www.leipzig-move.de/bonusmove#partner

What can I use my premiums for?

You can unlock the coupons with the rewards you have collected. The number of rewards required may vary depending on the coupon. The coupon will show you how many of your rewards you need to activate the coupon. Once the coupon has been activated, the number of rewards required will be deducted from your rewards account. Please note that there are also coupons in Gold status for which you do not need to redeem any rewards. You can recognize this by the 0 in the rewards flower.

How can I see what I have been awarded points for?

You can see your points history under „Your MOVES“ on the BonusMOVE homepage or in the menu item „Subscriptions & bookings“ under „Past bookings“. Your points will be credited to your points account immediately, but will only be visible as soon as the period of use has ended, e.g. after one hour in the case of a one-way ticket.

Where can I see my collected points and rewards?

Your collected rewards are displayed in your profile, on the BonusMOVE homepage, on the rewards overview and on the coupon overview at the top right. On the BonusMOVE homepage and on the rewards overview, you can also see how many points you still need until the next reward. You can see how many points you have already collected in total in the profile view.

How do I get bonuses?

As soon as you have collected 100 points, these are automatically converted into a bonus.

How do I collect points?

With BonusMOVE, you can collect points with every booking - whether by bus, streetcar, Flexa, nextbike, e-scooter or cab.you can also collect points with all other MOVES in LeipzigMOVE, such as when booking bicycle garages or boxes or using the check-in/check-out function.
The points collected are linked to turnover. The following points are awarded per full euro spent:

Public transport tickets 10 points For a single journey, which costs 3.60 euros, you will be credited with 30 points.

5 points For a 15-minute Nextbike ride, which costs 1.00 euro, you will be credited with 5 points.
E-scooter sharing

2 points You will be credited 20 points for a cab bill of 10.30 euros.

As a holder of a Deutschlandticket (also known as a semester ticket, Leipzig Pass, JOB ticket), you collect 250 points every month if your D-Ticket is stored in LeipzigMOVE.
