How does the technical integration work?
We will integrate your coupon into the LeipzigMOVE app. You don't need any previous technical knowledge.
Can I determine the scope of my offer myself?
Yes, you have full control over rewards, quantity, duration and redemption conditions. We support you with the design.
How does the redemption of coupons work?
You can choose between three redemption options (visual inspection, QR code or individual promotional code) - depending on what best suits your business model. We will coordinate the details with you.
Can I cancel or change my offer at any time?
We are interested in entering into a long-term partnership. Agreements are concluded individually and recorded in the form of a cooperation agreement. You can flexibly adapt or terminate your offer at any time in order to offer a new benefit - we are on hand to advise you.
How long does the activation take?
The process from the first meeting to the conclusion of a joint cooperation agreement to the first posted coupon takes approx. 1-2 months.
What requirements do I have to fulfill to become a partner?
In principle, any company with an attractive offer can take part. Companies from the arms and defense industry are excluded. We examine each request individually and are happy to advise you on how to implement it.
What does it cost to participate in the partner program?
Participation is generally free of charge for partners. Individual agreements can be made for special requirements or additional services.
Are there still free quotas for bike sharing?
You have the chance to secure your monthly free rides through BonusMOVE – the LVB bonus program. Simply sign up for BonusMOVE in the app and start collecting your first points. With your status or a coupon, you'll receive your next Nextbike free ride.
Important: The status free units are only unlocked on the 1st of the following month. For example, if you upgrade to Bronze status in October, you will have one free unit per month from November 1st.

How can I unsubscribe?
Too bad you want to leave BonusMOVE. You can unsubscribe from BonusMOVE via the side menu in your profile. All points, rewards, status and activated coupons will be deleted. The L-Login or the LeipzigMOVE and LeipzigMOVE+ account will not be deleted.
Will my points expire at some point?
If you are no longer active within 365 consecutive days, i.e. you have not collected any more points, the points collected, rewards and status achieved will expire.
