What happens to my Deutschlandticket in LeipzigMOVE if I pause it?

At the end of the month, no new barcode will be generated or displayed for your break months.

In LeipzigMOVE, the „chip card“ remains visible and displays the „valid from“ information with the expiration date after pausing.

How can I also display my "Mitnahme-Bausteine" (take-along building blocks) in the LeipzigMOVE app?

You can add your take-away modules using the „+“ button. Your modules should be found automatically. If no further contract is found, you will need to enter your contract details in the input mask.

If I cancel my Deutschlandticket, will it also be automatically deleted in LeipzigMOVE?

If you cancel your Deutschlandticket, the Deutschlandticket will not be renewed at the end of the month in LeipzigMOVE and will disappear from the app after its validity expires.

Where can I find my subscription number?

You usually receive the subscription agreement number directly via email after placing an order or can find it after a few hours in the Customer portal view under „My Contracts“. In individual cases, the review of your online application can take several business days, so your contract number will only become visible in your customer account afterwards.

How exactly can I add my D-Ticket to LeipzigMOVE?

To add the D-Ticket in LeipzigMOVE, simply click on „Add D-Ticket“ under „Subscriptions & Bookings.“ If you already have a LeipzigMOVE or LeipzigMOVE+ contract and your Deutschlandticket was registered under the same name, your D-Ticket will be automatically added to your account.

If automatic addition didn't work, you can also add the D-ticket manually. Please have your subscription contract number ready. If you have any problems, please contact our Customer support.

How can I use my Deutschlandticket in LeipzigMOVE?

You can add your D-Ticket to your LeipzigMOVE account in LeipzigMOVE and use it as your travel authorization. The D-Ticket will then be displayed at the bottom of the screen and can also be found under „Subscriptions & Bookings“ in the side menu.

I have added my D-ticket in LeipzigMOVE. Why does the ticket have a different number to my season ticket?

The ticket number is used for Germany-wide control and is independent of the subscription number issued by LVB. No second D-Ticket was purchased as a result.

Do I automatically cancel my D-Ticket subscription if I delete my customer account in LeipzigMOVE?

No, your D-Ticket must also be canceled in the customer portal.

Can I add my D-Ticket to LeipzigMOVE even if I have not purchased it from LVB?

No, that is not possible. Only D-tickets purchased from LVB can be used with LeipzigMOVE.

Can I also add subscriptions other than the D-Ticket in LeipzigMOVE?

No, unfortunately it is not yet possible to store other ABO types (e.g. ABO Basis).
