Do I automatically cancel my D-Ticket subscription if I delete my customer account in LeipzigMOVE?
No, your D-Ticket travelcard must also be canceled in the customer portal.
Can I add my D-Ticket to LeipzigMOVE even if I have not purchased it from LVB?
No, this is not possible. Only D-Tickets purchased from LVB can be used with MOVE.
Can I also add subscriptions other than the D-Ticket in LeipzigMOVE?
No, unfortunately it is not yet possible to store other ABO types (e.g. ABO Basis).
Can I also add another person's D-ticket to my MOVE account?
No, you can only add one D-ticket to a MOVE account. If you have already added your own ticket, you cannot add any more.
Can I also use bike & car sharing with the D-Ticket?
No, the D-Ticket is only valid for public transport. For bike & car sharing, as well as all other LeipzigMOVE offers, you can simply sign a MOVE or MOVE+ contract under "Complete profile" and start riding immediately.
Why can't I see my D-ticket for the coming month in the app yet?
Unless you have canceled it, your D-Ticket will automatically be converted to a D-Ticket for the new month at the end of the month. This happens automatically and you don't have to do anything.
What happens if my cell phone goes off - can I continue driving?
As a customer, you are obliged to carry a valid ticket. If you do not have your chip card with you and cannot show a D-Ticket in LeipzigMOVE, you will not be able to continue your journey.
If I have my D-ticket in LeipzigMOVE, do I still have to carry the chip card with me?
It is not necessary to carry the chip card for the D-Ticket. The D-Ticket in MOVE in conjunction with a valid ID document is sufficient as authorization to travel.
Can I also buy the D-Ticket in LeipzigMOVE?
No, but you can access the customer portal via "Buy ticket" under "Subscriptions" to order your D-Ticket there.
