We improve the billing and payment processes in LeipzigMOVE - This makes traveling even easier and more flexible.

What is changing?

From July 1, 2025, we will be expanding the payment options for you.

This gives you several advantages:

• More payment options: From July you can choose between PayPal, credit card and direct debit via Klarna.
• Choice before every purchase: You can decide before each purchase which payment method you would like to use.
• Payment directly after use: Instead of the previous monthly direct debits via SEPA direct debit, we now bill in real time. This means you pay immediately after purchasing your ticket or completing your journey.
• Invoices directly from us: In future, you will receive an invoice for each payment directly by e-mail. This also applies to the basic fee for LeipzigMOVE+.
