Conditions of participation in the BonusMOVE customer loyalty program, valid from 06.10.2025

General information
- Welcome to the BonusMOVE bonus program of Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe (LVB) GmbH, Georgiring 3, 04103 Leipzig. With BonusMOVE, we offer a loyalty program in the LeipzigMOVE app to reward customer loyalty.
- Registration for BonusMOVE is free of charge* and not bound to any purchase.
- Participation in BonusMOVE entitles you to collect BonusMOVE points.
- We differentiate between points, rewards, coupons and status. When you reach 100 points, these are automatically converted into 1 reward. These rewards can then be exchanged for coupons. An overview of the available coupons can be found in the LeipzigMOVE app.
- The sum of all points collected in BonusMOVE is used to achieve certain status levels and entitles the user to the associated status benefits.
- BonusMOVE rewards and BonusMOVE points are personal and therefore non-transferable.
Participation
- By registering, you agree to the BonusMOVE terms of use. These terms of use apply to all participants in the BonusMOVE program of the LVB.
- All natural persons with a minimum age of 18 years who are resident in a member state of the European Union are eligible to participate. Participation in the BonusMOVE program is free of charge*.
- Registration in the LeipzigMOVE app is required to participate in the BonusMOVE program. An L-Login must be created for registration.
Legal basis for processing and data protection
- The legal basis for the processing of personal data as part of the bonus program is Art. 6 para. 1b GDPR, as participation in the bonus program constitutes a contractual relationship between the participant and the provider.

- Login data
- E-mail data
- Transaction settlement data
- Premiums
- Points
- Data processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of implementing the bonus program (e.g. crediting points, managing the account, redeeming rewards).

Points and rewards
- BonusMOVE participants receive LeipzigMOVE points with the purchase of collectible offers in the app. This applies to: Ticket purchases, check-in/check-out function, bike sharing, car sharing, cab bookings, bike+ride and e-scooter sharing.

The points collected are linked to turnover. Points are credited for every full euro spent. Cent amounts are not taken into account. Points are awarded as follows:
- Public transport tickets (bus, streetcar, Flexa, check-in/check-out) = 10 points (e.g. participants are credited 30 points for a single journey costing 3.60 euros).
- Bikesharing and Bike+Ride = 5 points (e.g. participants receive 5 points for a 15-minute Nextbike ride that costs 1.00 euro).
- E-scooter sharing, car sharing and cab = 2 points (e.g. participants are credited 20 points for a cab bill of EUR 10.00).
- Users of the Deutschlandticket and Deutschland-Semesterticket who register with BonusMOVE automatically receive 250 points every month for their loyalty.
- In addition, there are various promotional points that increase the fun of collecting - such as a welcome bonus that is sent to all new BonusMOVE registrants.
- Users receive one reward for every 100 points collected. To receive another reward, a further 100 points must be collected.
- The rewards can be redeemed for coupons in the LeipzigMOVE app in the coupon overview.
- There is no upper limit on the number of points and rewards that can be collected. However, the LVB reserves the right, at its own discretion, to set an upper limit for points and rewards collected if deemed necessary.
- If no points are collected within 365 consecutive days, all points and rewards expire automatically.
- Points and rewards cannot be transferred to another person. The transfer to another person who is a participant in the BonusMOVE program is also excluded.
- It is not possible to collect points from participating partners in the Partner World.
Coupons
- The collected rewards can be used to redeem various coupons.
- In BonusMOVE, participants can choose between various coupons in the areas of art and culture, gastronomy, fashion and lifestyle or sport and excursions. The coupons vary from discount codes and 2-for-1 promotions to free tickets. The design of the coupons is the responsibility of the participating partners.
- The desired coupons must be activated within the LeipzigMOVE app before they can be redeemed in the LeipzigMOVE app or at participating partners in the store or online.
- Coupons from partners can be redeemed for 1 hour after activation. After that, the coupons expire if they are not redeemed.
- Multiple coupons from partners cannot be activated and redeemed at the same time.
- Mobility coupons are automatically redeemed the next time you purchase a mobility offer. They always expire at the end of the month and then lapse.
- There are three different redemption options available: visual inspection in the store, scanning a QR code or entering a redemption code in the partner's online store.
- Neither the coupons nor the personalized redemption code may be passed on or sold.
- The premiums required to activate the coupons may also differ. LVB is free to modify or discontinue this service in whole or in part.
- Coupons may no longer be redeemable for various reasons: In the event of termination of the promotion, after expiry of the validity period, due to a redemption that has already taken place or similar reasons. The LVB is not obliged to redeem coupons unless the LVB has expressly given the user a written guarantee regarding the redeemability of coupons.
- LVB reserves the right not to redeem coupons in the event of justified (fraud) suspicion.
- The conditions for redeeming the respective coupons may differ. The additional redemption conditions that apply to the respective coupon can be found on the individual coupon.
- The value of the coupon cannot be paid out in cash.
- The LVB accepts no liability for the smooth/legal redemption of coupons with partners. In the event of problems, the participant must contact the respective partner.
Status logic
- BonusMOVE offers users the opportunity to climb to a higher status by collecting points. Participants who regularly collect points via BonusMOVE can advance from bronze to silver to gold.
- There are numerous benefits for each status.

BonusMOVE users must have collected at least 1 point to upgrade to Bronze status. Bronze status offers the following benefits:
- Welcome bonus of 10 points
- Action points
- 1 Nextbike free unit every month

BonusMOVE users must have collected at least 1,000 points to upgrade to Silver status. Silver status offers the following benefits:
- Welcome bonus of 10 points
- Action points
- 5 Nextbike free units every month
- Opportunity to take part in competitions
- More coupon selection
- Reward discount on selected coupons
In order to maintain Silver status and the associated benefits, at least 1,000 new points must be collected again in the 365 days following the date on which Silver status was achieved. Otherwise, you will be downgraded to Bronze status.

BonusMOVE users must have collected at least 2,500 points to upgrade to Gold status. Gold status offers the following benefits:
- Welcome bonus of 10 points
- Action points
- 10 Nextbike free units every month
- Opportunity to take part in competitions
- More coupon selection
- Reward discount on selected coupons
- Access to exclusive events
- Monthly exclusive free coupons
In order to maintain Gold status and the associated benefits, at least 2,500 new points must be collected again in the 365 days following the date on which Gold status was achieved. Otherwise, you will be downgraded to Silver status.
- LeipzigMOVE+ customers receive silver status from the outset and cannot revert to bronze status. There is an exception in the event of termination of the contract.
- Users of the Deutschlandticket and Deutschland-Semesterticket receive 250 points credited to their points account each month and are awarded Gold status from the outset. They cannot revert to Silver status. An exception is made if the Deutschlandticket or Deutschland-Semesterticket is canceled.
- When a new LeipzigMOVE+ or Deutschlandticket contract is concluded, the changeover to the new status of BonusMOVE participant takes place overnight.
- The Nextbike free units will be activated for the BonusMOVE user in the LeipzigMOVE app from the 1st of the following month after upgrading to a higher status.
Change and deregistration from BonusMOVE
- You can unsubscribe from BonusMOVE using the delete button in the app.
- Upon deletion, all accumulated points, rewards, coupons and status benefits expire and no new points can be collected.
- LVB reserves the right to discontinue the bonus program subject to a reasonable period of notice, or without notice if there is good cause, taking into account the legitimate interests of the customer.

Irrespective of Section 7.3, both contracting parties may terminate the contract for good cause in text form (e.g. by e-mail).
An important reason exists for us in particular in the following cases:- serious violation of the BonusMOVE Terms of Use by the participant
- Misuse or manipulation of the BonusMOVE program
- Material misstatements by the participants
- LVB reserves the right to make minor changes to the BonusMOVE program and its General Terms and Conditions of Participation without prior notice, provided that these changes do not have a significant negative impact on membership.
